Nothing Much

Today's post is just a little about what's been happening at the Ririe household in the last little while. Since we know that we will be moving to Bentonville, Arkansas in December, we have just kind of been hanging out here in Rexburg. Mitch is working full time at Melaleuca and it isn't as bad as he thought it would be. He workd 1-10p.m. daily. He gets a break at about 6 for dinner so we at least get to enjoy that everyday. He had to take one class to keep his student status before his internship so he started that a week and a half ago. Mitch has also undertaken studying for the GMAT so he can get into Grad school next fall. He does that in the morning. So basically, Eric and I get to see him on the weekends.
As for me, I'm just hanging in there. I have fun with Eric at home. I'm working hard to keep our house livable but Eric likes to make messes so it's at least clean before we go to bed. I am helping out two teachers I taught with last year a couple of days a week. Today I got to go and teach a lesson as they had never taught a program last year and I had. It was weird teaching again, but I miss it. It is so fun. I try to look for stuff I can pack up that we don't need. This drives Mitch nuts, but it gives me a way to somewhat prepare for the move.
Eric is our big 8 month old. I can't believe he's that old. He crawls so fast now and is starting to really like walking while holding onto our fingers. He'll go all over the house. He pulls himself up on everything and has finally figured out how to get down without falling and hitting his poor head. He will crawl around saying. "Momma." over and over again. And his morning while eating a bottle, he stopped, looked at Mitch and said, "Da." It was too cute.
That is about all for us lately. We're counting down until conference weekend when we're going to Utah to stay with Mitch's Grandma and see his family. Then we count down to our cruise the first week of November. Then Thanksgiving. Then Christmas. Then we move across the country. Life is good.
