Emergency Room
On Tuesday, while shopping at Walmart, Eric decided to jump/fall/leap from the shopping cart and land on his head. He cried for a little while but was easily soothed. About 5 minutes later, he wanted to walk so I put him down. He was limping and would fall over. I started crying thinking something serious had happened to him when he fell. So, after a rushed shopping trip, I took him to the emergency room where they checked him out. By the time the doctor came in he was walking normal, just had two bumps on his head. The doctor sent him home telling me he looked okay. They told me to wake him up every couple of hours to make sure he could be woken. If that was ok, he should be fine. We did that and now it is like nothing happened. That was probably the worst feeling ever as a mom, thinking something was wrong with my baby. I am so grateful for the guardian angels watching over my boy. No more ER visits anytime soon, Eric...please?!

Oh my gosh, I totally now the feeling, my kids are familiar with the emergency room. I'm so glad Eric is safe, while I was reading it, I thought you were going to give us bad news, but I'm glad he's doing good. Poor Eric
Ashlyn did that a little over 3 weeks ago. She landed right on her face, just below her eye. It turned black instantly! They said as far as they could tell she didn't brake any bones...they didn't want to do a CT Scan, the only sure way to find out. I have pictures on my Facebook. I will NEVER forget that sound!! I completely understand how you feel!
Oh boy, poor little Eric. My kids had to make similar varied experiences too. They always want to go "with their head through walls". I don't know if you would say that in english too. I think Eric will never try to jump out of the shopping cart again ;-)
That's scary! There have been so many times I've thought Ava would fall out of the cart, but lucklily she hasn't yet. I just hope she keeps it that way!
Oh my! That is scary! Glad Eric is fine!!!
Oh...no poor Eric! We're so glad he's ok!
