Blessings from Haiti



I'm an autie...again. But this time it is to a 6 year old girl and an 8 year old little boy. My brother Jody and his wife Judie have been in the process of adopting Cynsha and Henrique from Haiti for 2 years now. Because of the horrible earthquakes that happened, they were able to speed up the adoption process and receive their little ones on Saturday. They are just their sponsors/guardians until the adoption process is complete in about 6 months. They are ecstatic to have their last two children home at last. We're excited to have another nephew and niece to spoil. My favorite! To see his story on the whole process see his new blog:

How neat! We have kind of talked about adoption for the future, especially if we aren't able to have more kids ourselves. That is still a ways off though...

That's an extremely long picture. Maybe I didn't see it all, but it looked like the right half of a man. That's awesome that they got to adopt! We want to someday, too.
