Manly Mitch

The thing that Mitch was most excited for about moving into a house was to have a garage! Then he could fill it with tools and build things. Oh, oh, oh. Well, he has been wanting to build a bench and a shelf in this nook to get things out of the reach of little fingers. After taking the CPA I told him to take a Saturday off and build his bench. He was in HEAVEN! It was Nate's birthday so he went and got wood in the morning and after festivities, he went and cut the wood at a friends house (thanks, Shayne) since he doesn't yet have a saw and went to work until midnight. Here is is hard at work:

He was so close to finishing the shelf but couldn't find the studs in the wall so had to put that off to finishing until next week. Here is is with his awesome shelf. Isn't it manly? He did an awesome job and loves it. Now onto other projects...
