One of the reasons I wanted to go out to Idaho early was to get to spend some time with my brothers and their families. We are always divided on time when we're in Boise. So, after the awesome zoo, we headed out to my sisters in Caldwell. Eric had seen Sedrick and Cody just a couple of weeks earlier for their visit so it was easy to get back into playing with them.
Three men in a tub:
The next day, we met up with Judie and her kids and Olivia and her kids to go to Lake Lowell. It was a windy day otherwise it would've been more fun. But, Eric had fun playing in the sand with his "new" cousins. Nate enjoyed taking food from anyone that had it. Neither of my boys liked the lake water very much. Probably because its way colder than Arkansas water.

Eric building a sand castle with Sedrick and Joel. Eric really likes his cousins that he doesn't get to see very often.
Cute naked baby!
Ke'ilani the model. I love this girl. She's so fun. While we were staying at their house she started calling me Garret because Jessica couldn't remember my name and Jody whispered Carrot during prayers and she said Garret. It was pretty funny. I started calling her Harry Potter because she has been sleeping on the floor and it looks like the cupboard under the stairs from Harry Potter. Good times.
Following the lake, we spent that evening at Jeremy's house. We were able to go feed the ducks that are in the pond by their house. Eric also rode a real bike and now really wants one. He would've gone swimming but it was too cold. He loved the trampoline. The following morning Olivia and I enjoyed a nice 4 mile run without kiddos. That afternoon we headed to Jody's house. Judie and I were up way too late giggling and waiting for Devon to get back from Mexico. Jessica wanted to hold Nate all the time but we wasn't too sure of her. Christian did a great job with the boys. Here they are watching him play games:
One of Ke'ilani's nicknames is Kake. Well, Eric started calling her Cupcake. It was super cute. We got to go get doughnuts with them and did a little shopping before heading back to the Ririe's. Lucky for us, both Jody and his kids and Jeremy and his kids were visiting Arkansas when we got back. One day we'll live closer so Eric and Nate can know more of their Sedrick cousins better. It was a great couple of days.
