may and june

May was quite an exciting month at our house. We waited nearly the entire month for our little girl to join our family. A week after her due date, Hailey Ann was born on May 24. We weighed 8 lbs. 2 oz and was 20 1/4 inches long. I was crazy and did not have an epidural so I went through labor ALL NATURAL! It was intense but very rewarding.

We came home to a sick house. Nate threw up an hour before we were supposed to come home. A great friend came to pick Hailey and me up at the hospital while Mitch cleaned up throw up. Then, Mitch got the flu too. He was down with a fever and chills. It was a mess at our house. We both were out of commission to take care of each other and our children. We are blessed to live by my parents and HOlly who brought us meals and took Eric and Nate so we could rest. We also have some awesome friends who brought us meals and came to give priesthood blessings. We were seriously blessed. June was a month spent getting used to this mom of 3 thing.
