January-April Recap!

I don't know if anyone even still looks at this blog but again, I am going to try to bring it back from the dead. I realize that I am usually on Facebook so that is how I have been staying up to date on everyone and they can stay up to date on us. But, one day Grandma Ririe mentioned she had been waiting for new pictures on our blog. So, here goes catch us from the past 8 months! (I will make it a few posts and it will just skim over big events) January: Eric turned 4! I cannot find his birthday pictures on the computer and I am really hoping I didn't lose them. We just had a family birthday party. He wanted a batman cake! It turned out pretty cool if I do say so myself. I also had my golden birthday: 28 on the 28th. It was 72 degrees on my birthday! We had friends come for a play date in the morning. Mitch got an ice cream cake which we enjoyed with some friends. I had an ear infection this month too. That was miserable. No wonder kids cry so much when they have one. We also got a little snow! The boys wanted to play in it the moment they saw it!

February: Still strange weather. 70 degree days. We were playing outside with light jackets on in February! Besides that, I was growing a baby and the boys were getting bigger! March: March 3rd was Nate's 2nd birthday! Crazy! It seriously seems like he was just born. We had family over for chocolate chip cookies and ice cream.

We were also able to have Mitch's parents and little brother, Blake, come out for a visit. We didn't tell the boys they were coming so they were so excited! They came over Mitch's birthday too. We were able to take a trip up to Branson and visit Silver Dollar City. So much fun!

April: Still growing a baby. I was able to take a weekend to go Kansas City with some friends for "Time out for Women". I am so bad about bringing my camera places that i don't have pictures. We were able to start the weekend off with a temple session in the Kansas City Temple. I love the temple! It was just what I needed at that time. We did some shopping and listened to speakers and wonderful music at "Time out...". It was a fun weekend. The boys had a great time at home with daddy! Boys weekend! Well, here are a few more random pictures from the the months January through April. I need to upload some more pics from my phone and then I can post about May-August! Stay tuned... I will do it sooner than 5 months too!
