Snow Days

We were definitely hit by the winter storm that past through the mid west. After a freezing rain last Monday, the 31st, into Tuesday, the snow started piling up. It snowed all day Tuesday. I couldn't believe we had almost a foot of snow! We got nothing even close to this last year. Mitch worked from home Tuesday and Wednesday. Wednesday aftenoon, even though it was cold, Mitch took Eric out to play in the snow. Eric loved it! He's played in snow at his cousins and at Christmas but didn't like it. Mitch didn't put his snow pants on and I wonder if he liked it more because he could actually move around in the snow. We kept asking him if he was cold and wanted to go inside and he would say no. We finally got him inside by telling him we had to take Mommy in. (I was wearing workout pants. Not super warm). I've had my fill of snow though for the winter and am ready for Spring!!
